About the Role

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and motivated Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and admissions for our professional training programs in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design & Video Editing, Web Development, SEO, AI, and other technology and creative skills.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication, counselling, follow-up, and sales skills and be comfortable working with admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable career and skill-development programs.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries and leads into course admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and admission records.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with the training team for student onboarding.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and counselling activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

Required Skills

- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and sales abilities.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and CRM.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Education

12th Pass / Graduate

Candidates with experience in admission counselling, education sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer counselling will be preferred.

Compensation

₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives may be provided based on admission conversions and achievement of assigned targets.
