We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Ward Boy / Hospital Attender to support patients, nurses, and other hospital staff in providing efficient patient care and maintaining a clean and safe ward setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients with shifting, transferring, and transportation within the hospital.
- Assist nurses in routine patient-care activities as instructed.
- Transport patients to OPD, diagnostic departments, operation theatre, ICU, wards, and other areas.
- Assist in shifting patients using wheelchairs, stretchers, and patient beds.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of patient-care areas.
- Assist in changing bed sheets and maintaining patient beds.
- Collect and transport patient-related materials, reports, samples, and documents as instructed.




- Support nurses and doctors during patient movement and emergency situations.
- Assist in maintaining ward equipment and supplies.
- Follow hospital infection-control, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Handle patients and their relatives courteously and respectfully.
- Report any patient-related concerns or incidents to the concerned nurse/supervisor.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Nursing In-charge or Hospital Management.

Candidate Requirements

- 10th / 12th qualification preferred.
- Previous hospital experience will be an advantage.
- Fresher candidates may also apply.
- Physically fit and capable of assisting with patient movement.
