KODY Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to join our team.

Position: Service Coordinator
Location: [Vatva, Ahmedabad]
Experience: 1–2 Years
Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate service activities and customer requirements
- Schedule and follow up on service visits and engineers
- Communicate with customers regarding service requests
- Coordinate between customers, service engineers, and internal teams
- Maintain service reports, records, and documentation
- Follow up on pending service issues and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare service-related reports and updates for management

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant technical field
- Good communication and coordination skills




- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in service coordination or a similar role will be preferred
