Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with 5–7 years of experience to oversee day-to-day site execution, supervise labour and contractors, manage materials, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure all assigned work is completed as per the project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and instructions.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers and other site personnel.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution issues.

2. Quality & Safety Control

- Ensure work is carried out as per required quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report quality-related issues.
- Ensure workers follow all applicable safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Maintain a secure and organized working environment at the site.

3. Labour & Material Management

- Plan and deploy labour as per daily work requirements.
- Monitor labour productivity and attendance.
- Ensure proper utilization and handling of materials at site.




- Coordinate with stores/procurement teams for timely availability of materials.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain basic material records.

4. Work Schedule & Target Achievement

- Ensure assigned work is completed as per the project schedule and daily/weekly targets.
- Monitor actual progress against planned activities.
- Coordinate manpower and resources to avoid delays.
- Report delays, site constraints and additional requirements to the Project In-Charge/Manager.

5. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily site progress reports.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, contractors and other departments.
- Maintain site-related records and documentation.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress, manpower, material and issues.

Candidate Profile

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in site supervision/project execution.
- Diploma / ITI or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of site execution, labour handling and material management.
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings and work instructions.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
