About the Role
We are hiring QA/QC Executives for our pharmaceutical manufacturing units at Kamptee Road and Ramtek. You will ensure that raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products meet quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Sampling and testing of raw materials, packing materials, and finished products
- Perform IPQC checks during manufacturing and packing
- Operate and maintain lab instruments (UV, pH meter, balance, dissolution, HPLC/GC - training provided)
- Follow cGMP, GLP, and Schedule M guidelines
- Maintain batch records, COAs,
and logbooks with good documentation practice (ALCOA)
- Report deviations, OOS/OOT results, and support CAPA
- Assist in audits and calibration activities
Requirements
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology)
- Basic knowledge of pharma lab testing and quality systems
- Internship or industrial training in a pharma company or lab is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills
