Navbharat Tech Advisory Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

Location: Emaar Palm Spring Plaza, 15th Floor, Sector 54, Near Sector 53/54 Rapid Metro Station, Gurugram, Haryana

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary: ₹1.80 LPA – ₹3 LPA + Incentives (up to 30%, performance-based)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies

Generate and convert recent business opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Explain company services and government schemes to clients

Lead and guide the BDE/Sales team to achieve targets

Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets

Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures

Maintain CRM, sales reports, and business development records

Who Can Apply?

✔ Fresher & 1 years of experience in Sales / Business Development preferred





✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Strong leadership and team-handling abilities

✔ Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

✔ Experience in B2B sales or consultancy will be an advantage
