We are looking for an experienced CDL Driver Recruiter to source, screen and onboard qualified Class A CDL drivers for our US trucking operations.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit Class A CDL drivers.
- Screen candidates and conduct phone interviews.
- Manage driver recruitment pipelines and follow-ups.
- Coordinate driver onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams.

- Requirements:

- 1+ year experience in US trucking/CDL driver recruitment preferred.
- Hands-on experience recruiting Class A CDL drivers.
- Understanding of driver hiring and onboarding processes.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- ATS/recruiting software experience preferred.
