Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our IVF hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors during procedures, maintaining nursing records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes promptly to the concerned doctor.
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and clinical activities.
- Support patients throughout their treatment journey and provide appropriate guidance.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.




- Follow infection-control, hygiene, and patient-safety standards.
- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments for smooth patient care.
- Ensure proper preparation of treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
- Provide skilled and compassionate support to patients and their attendants.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Valid nursing qualification and registration as applicable.
- IVF / Fertility / Gynaecology hospital experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a hospital environment and follow shift requirements.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
