Role: Full-time, In-office
What You’ll Do:
Build and execute the brand's social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & emerging platforms.
Plan and manage content calendars aligned with launches, drops and cultural moments.
Conceptualise reels, stories, carousels, memes and campaigns.
Manage influencer partnerships and community interactions.
Create witty, engaging and Gen-Z-aligned content and copy.
Drive brand storytelling through creative, culture-driven campaigns.
Track performance metrics and use insights to improve engagement and growth.
Who We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in social media, content or marketing roles.
Robust understanding of internet culture, trends, memes and Gen-Z communication.
Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
Creative thinker with a solid understanding of brand voice.
Organized, proactive and ownership-driven.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from NIFT preferred.
