The Production Incharge oversees daily shop-floor conversion processes (printing, die-cutting, folding, gluing, and corrugation/paster operations), ensuring high output efficiency and product quality. This role acts as the primary data checkpoint on the factory floor—accurately recording raw material consumption (paper reels, board sheets, inks, adhesives), scrap/trim wastage, and finished carton counts, and handing off verified records to the Inventory Analyst.
