Job Summary

Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced AVP / Business Analyst-level professionals for an MNC Bank.

The role will focus on Customer Service, Banking Operations, Digital Payments, Collections and FinTech-related processes. The candidate will work closely with business, operations, technology and other stakeholders to support business requirements, process improvements and smooth delivery of banking and payment services.

Candidates with experience in Digital Payments, Payment Operations, Collections, Transaction Banking, FinTech, Merchant Payments or Digital Banking will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support customer service and banking operations related to digital banking and payment products.
- Work on digital payments and payment operations, including transaction processing, payment queries, exceptions and reconciliations.
- Support business requirements related to UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, payment gateways, merchant payments and other digital payment channels.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to understand and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, process flows, functional requirements and SOPs as required.
- Analyse operational issues, customer complaints and payment-related exceptions and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Support collections and collection-related processes, including customer servicing, payment follow-ups and operational coordination.
- Work with FinTech partners, payment service providers, merchants and internal stakeholders where required.
- Monitor operational performance, SLAs, TATs and service quality.




- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Support implementation of new processes, digital products, payment solutions and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with Technology, Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance and Business teams.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards and management reports.
- Identify operational risks and control gaps and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle escalations and provide effective solutions to customer and business issues.
- Participate in process transformation, automation and digital initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Banking, Digital Payments, FinTech, Banking Operations, Collections or Business Analysis.
- Candidates currently working at AVP / Manager / Senior Manager / Business Analyst level will be preferred.
- Robust experience in Digital Payments / Payment Operations / FinTech / Collections / Transaction Banking / Digital Banking.
- Good understanding of payment processes and banking operations.
- Exposure to UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, payment gateways, merchant payments or other digital payment products will be an advantage.
- Experience working with FinTech companies, payment service providers, merchants or banking technology platforms will be preferred.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage business requirements independently.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Employment: The selected candidate will be employed on the payroll of Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. and deployed at the MNC Bank's client location.

Pay: ₹419,000.00 - ₹1,540,000.00 per year
