Job Summary

We are hiring Process Associates for an International Voice – KYC process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls related to KYC remediation, onboarding, periodic reviews, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound KYC-related customer calls.
- Assist customers with KYC documentation and remediation requirements.
- Perform customer authentication and verification.
- Explain KYC/AML requirements clearly and professionally.
- Follow up for pending customer information and documents.
- Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact.




- Maintain accurate customer records and meet quality standards.
- Handle escalations and sensitive customer interactions professionally.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions, and internal policies.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or higher qualification.
- 6 months–1 year experience in banking voice/KYC processes preferred.
- Excellent English communication and telephone etiquette.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, or financial crime processes is preferred.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in Australia shifts and rotational week-offs.
