Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Intern to support our HR and people operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee databases and HR documentation
- Assist with attendance, leave, and basic HR operations
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams on HR-related matters
- Support employee engagement activities and internal initiatives
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities

Requirements





- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable organizational and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
