About the Role

Sibermond Realty is looking for a proactive and well-connected Sourcing Executive / Manager to identify and source commercial and residential real estate opportunities across Mumbai and other key markets.

The role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with property owners, brokers, channel partners, developers, consultants and other market intermediaries to identify suitable acquisition and investment opportunities for the company.

The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, networking skills, communication abilities and commercial understanding, along with the ability to independently identify and bring relevant opportunities to the table.

Key Responsibilities

- Source commercial and residential real estate opportunities as per the company's investment and acquisition requirements.
- Identify off-market and on-market properties through brokers, owners, developers, consultants and market networks.
- Build and maintain a strong network of property brokers, channel partners, owners and industry contacts.
- Conduct regular market mapping and identify upcoming and potential investment opportunities.
- Understand the property's location, size, ownership, title status, pricing, development potential and other key details.
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of opportunities based on the company's requirements.
- Collect and maintain relevant property documents and information for internal evaluation.




- Coordinate with the legal, technical, finance and investment teams during the preliminary evaluation and due diligence process.
- Negotiate with owners / brokers on pricing, commercial terms and transaction structures.
- Arrange property visits and meetings with owners, developers and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a database of active leads, properties, contacts and market opportunities.
- Track ongoing discussions, negotiations and deal status.
- Prepare and share concise property opportunity summaries with the management team.
- Maintain strong follow-up with property owners and intermediaries until closure.
- Ensure a consistent pipeline of quality acquisition and investment opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- Solid communication, networking and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.
- Confident in dealing with property owners, brokers,



developers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to independently identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Commercially astute with good understanding of property transactions.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Presentable, professional and confident personality.
- Good analytical and evaluation skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and transaction-based objectives.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.

Preferred Experience

For Sourcing Executive:

- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, brokerage, business development or property consulting.
- Experience in commercial or residential real estate will be preferred.

For Sourcing Manager:

- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sourcing / acquisitions / investment / business development.
- Strong existing network of brokers, property owners, developers and market intermediaries.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing real estate transactions.
- Experience in commercial real estate and/or large-scale residential / land transactions will be an advantage.

Education: Graduate preferred

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives, as applicable
