· Develop and implement competitive pricing and positioning strategies for international holiday packages.

· Design and curate destination-specific travel products aligned with market demand and client expectations.

· Lead, mentor, and develop the B2B international operations team to ensure high performance and productivity.

· Guide team members in itinerary planning, supplier coordination, and operational execution.

· Oversee handling of B2B client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of travelrelated concerns.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents.

· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.

· Identify new business opportunities and support expansion in international markets.

· Establish and maintain robust professional networks with international hoteliers, transporters, and travel suppliers.

· Negotiate competitive rates and contractual agreements with vendors.

· Ensure quality control and service standards across all supplier partnerships.





· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging travel patterns.

· Conduct in-depth research on destinations, including pricing, travel logistics, weather conditions, and customer reviews.

· Provide insights and recommendations for business strategy and product enhancements.

· Oversee the creation of personalized, end-to-end travel itineraries based on client requirements.

· Ensure smooth coordination of bookings, logistics, and on-ground services.

· Manage and resolve any operational challenges or travel disruptions efficiently.

· Prepare and manage travel budgets, cost analyses, and profitability reports.

· Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
