About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator Intern to join our team for a 3-month period. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing consultant to execute growth campaigns, coordinate cross-functional marketing tasks, and streamline day-to-day operations. We care about output over clock-watching—so long as your delegated tasks are completed effectively, you will enjoy versatile working hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Coordination: Assist the marketing consultant in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, performance ads, email, etc.).
- Task & Workflow Management: Act as the bridge between the consultant, design, and content teams to ensure deliverables and content calendars stay on track.
- Content & Collateral Support: Help gather assets, proofread copy, and coordinate the rollout of marketing materials targeting parents and students.
- Performance Tracking: Help compile basic performance metrics, reports,



and insights from campaigns to optimize future strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to support new marketing initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and campaign metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must have your own personal working laptop.

What We Offer

- Stipend: INR 10,000 – 12,000 per month
- Flexible Timings: Manage your own schedule on a task-completion basis.
- Hybrid Model: Work remotely for the majority of the week, with an in-office sync in Mulund, Mumbai as needed.
- Hands-on Experience: Work directly with senior leadership and growth consultants, gaining real-world EdTech startup experience.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
