Site Engineer – Civil Construction

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities at our ongoing residential project. The candidate should be capable of independently handling site execution, contractor coordination, quality checks, and overall supervision of civil works.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Execute RCC, finishing, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, and allied civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, vendors, and consultants.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor quality control and site safety standards.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour reports, and material consumption records.
- Verify measurements and contractor billing quantities.
- Track material requirements and coordinate procurement with management.




- Ensure proper usage of materials and reduce wastage on site.
- Handle site inspections and assist during consultant/client visits.
- Resolve day-to-day technical and execution issues at site.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and workflow at the project.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of site execution experience preferred.
- Good understanding of RCC and finishing work.
- Ability to read drawings and manage execution independently.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Candidate should be practical, proactive, and capable of handling site pressure.
- Candidates residing in or near Kalyan, Dombivli, Thane, or Navi Mumbai preferred.
- Immediate joining preferred.
