We are looking for motivated and responsible freshers to join our Logistics Operations team as Transport Coordinators / Traffic Controllers.

The selected candidates will receive 3 months of on-the-job training in transport coordination, vehicle tracking, driver coordination, route planning, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily vehicle movements and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with drivers and monitor vehicle movement.
- Track vehicles and provide regular delivery status updates.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
- Monitor delays, route issues, breakdowns, and other transportation-related problems.
- Follow up with drivers to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Coordinate with customers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
- Maintain daily records of vehicle movements, trips, and deliveries.
- Prepare basic daily transport and delivery reports.
- Handle transportation-related issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Learn and follow company procedures for productive logistics operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
