We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Relationship Executive to join our Gold Loan team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers with gold loan requirements, explaining loan products, and supporting the complete loan process.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in sales are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for gold loan products through field visits, references, and local market activities.
- Contact potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain gold loan products, eligibility, interest rates, repayment options, and documentation requirements.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Assist customers throughout the gold loan application process.
- Coordinate with the branch/operations team for documentation, verification, and loan processing.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain regular records of customer interactions and leads.
- Participate in local marketing and customer acquisition activities.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and provide timely assistance.
Eligibility
- Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/mobile applications.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
- Local area knowledge will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
