Position Overview

The Telecaller Head will be responsible for leading and managing the telecalling team to drive customer engagement, lead generation, dealer/distributor communication, and business conversions. The role requires strong leadership, team management, performance monitoring, and process improvement skills to ensure achievement of business targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Develop telecalling strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Monitor team performance through regular reviews, call audits, and KPI tracking.
- Train, mentor, and coach telecallers on communication skills, objection handling, and sales techniques.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Prepare and analyze telecalling reports, conversion reports, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing,



and Operations teams for lead allocation and follow-up.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate data entry in CRM/ERP systems.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and provide effective resolutions.
- Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and customer experience.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
