Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the Hotel, Resort, Hospitality, or Service Industry. This is for our Akota Corporate Office.

1. Financial Reporting
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

2. Accounts Management
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Cash Management. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

3. Audit Coordination
Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation, records, schedules, and timely responses to auditor queries.

4. Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist management in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, cost analysis,



and variance reports. Provide meaningful financial insights to support management decision-making and cost control.

5. Team Leadership & Supervision
Supervise, guide, and mentor junior accounting staff. Ensure accuracy, discipline, and timely completion of accounting activities while providing training on accounting procedures and internal controls.

6. Management Reporting
Prepare MIS reports, revenue and expense analysis, outstanding reports, and other financial reports as required by management.

7. Internal Controls & Compliance
Maintain solid financial controls and ensure proper documentation, authorization, and compliance with company policies and applicable statutory regulations.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
