About Pixel Street
Pixel Street is an AI-native creative design and development studio in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. We work with Coca-Cola India, ITC, Marico, Aditya Birla Group, The Hindu Group and UPL, plus D2C brands and tech companies across India, the UK, the US, Canada and the UAE. Most of our creative now starts with AI, and people with taste finish it.
About the role
You'll take a brief from idea to published creative: concept, strategy, images and video, with AI doing the heavy lifting. You'll also run social platforms, work with creators, handle SEO, AEO and GEO, and report on what worked.
What you'll do
- Create AI key visuals, product shots, reels and ad films
- Develop creative concepts and campaign strategy
- Write hooks, captions, ad copy and scripts
- Manage social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Find, brief and manage creators and UGC
- Run SEO, AEO and GEO
- Set up Meta and Google Ads campaigns and test creatives
- Turn GA4 and platform data into clear reports and next steps
What we're looking for
- Ideas first: you start with a concept, not a prompt
- Good taste: you can pick the right option out of a hundred and explain why
- Ownership: you take a brief and drive it to delivery
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as NanoBanana Pro, Midjourney, Freepik, Google Flow, Sora, Runway and ElevenLabs
- Strong copywriting and an understanding of what each social platform rewards
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and GA4
- A portfolio of your own work (required)
- Bachelor's degree
