Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, NetSuite ERP integration, and SQL-first Medallion Architecture. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable data warehouse solutions, developing metadata-driven ETL/ELT pipelines, integrating legacy ERP data with NetSuite, and optimizing analytical data models.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement SQL-first Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) using SQL Server 2025 Standard Edition.
- Build metadata-driven data ingestion pipelines for NetSuite ERP using SuiteAnalytics Connect and SuiteQL.
- Develop custom T-SQL frameworks for data quality, data matching, survivorship, and hard-delete detection.
- Design Kimball dimensional models, including Star and Snowflake schemas, for Power BI reporting.
- Integrate legacy ERP historical data with new NetSuite operational data.
- Evaluate and implement SSIS, Fivetran, and other ingestion solutions based on performance and security requirements.
- Optimize SQL Server performance using Resource Governor, temporal tables, and columnstore indexes.
- Design Power BI semantic models, DAX calculations, Row-Level Security (RLS), and gateway configurations.
- Establish automated, reliable, and idempotent ETL/ELT processes.
- Lead architecture reviews, maintain technical standards, and support data migration and cutover activities.





Mandatory Skills

- 12–15 years of experience in Data Architecture and Data Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and advanced T-SQL.
- Hands-on experience with SQL-first Medallion Architecture.
- Strong experience with NetSuite ERP, SuiteAnalytics Connect, SuiteQL, and ODBC drivers.
- Expertise in Power BI, DAX, semantic models, RLS, and On-Premises Data Gateway.
- Experience with SSIS and metadata-driven ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Robust knowledge of dimensional modeling, Star/Snowflake schemas, and data warehousing.
- Experience with legacy ERP data migration and cloud ERP integration.
- Knowledge of SQL Server performance tuning and analytical workloads.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and high-volume data ingestion solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Fivetran or similar SaaS data integration tools.
- SQL Server 2025 Standard Edition expertise.
- Experience with hard-delete detection and incremental data processing.
- Knowledge of network security and enterprise data governance.
- Experience leading data warehouse migration and production cutover.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Data Architect capable of owning the data architecture, NetSuite integration, SQL Server data warehouse, Power BI modeling, and migration strategy while ensuring performance, data quality, and secure enterprise-scale delivery.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
