Job Title: HR and Marketing Head
Location: Ram Nagar, Nagpur

Timings: 10:30 AM to 8PM (Monday to Saturday)

Role:

This role is part of the Founder’s Office and works in close collaboration with the Founder and leadership team, supporting across business operations, execution, hiring, marketing, and strategic initiatives.

You will be deeply involved in how the company functions across multiple areas including recruitment operations, client coordination, marketing execution, internal systems, and day-to-day business management.

This is a high-learning, high-ownership role designed for someone who is curious, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.

You will gain exposure to multiple business functions including HR operations, executive assistance, marketing coordination, and business strategy execution, making this an ideal foundation role for someone looking to grow into leadership, operations, or startup management roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Founder and leadership team on business execution, operations, and strategic priorities.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment operations including sourcing coordination, screening support, interview scheduling, and candidate management.
- Support marketing activities including social media coordination, content execution, campaign tracking, and basic branding initiatives.
- Manage calendars, meetings, follow-ups,



and day-to-day executive support for the Founder.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards for hiring, operations, and business performance.
- Work closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and deadlines.
- Support ad-hoc tasks across HR, operations, marketing, and founder-led initiatives.
- Can handle grievances and uncertain situations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
