We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support Intern who wants to learn mutual fund operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in processing mutual fund transactions — purchases, redemptions, switches, SIPs, STPs and SWPs — on BSE StAR MF, NSE NMF II and AMC/RTA portals
- Support client onboarding: KYC, FATCA, nominee updates, bank mandates and change requests
- Coordinate with CAMS, KFintech and AMCs on transaction and servicing issues
- Download and organise client statements, CAS and transaction reports
- Maintain client records and task trackers in our internal systems
- Help prepare data for portfolio reviews and client meetings
- Respond to client queries over phone, WhatsApp and email professionally
- Track pending items and follow up until closure

Requirements:

- Graduate or final-year student (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- Freshers welcome; exposure to mutual funds,



banking or financial services is a plus
- NISM Series V-A certification preferred (or willingness to clear it during the internship)
- Basic working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Clear communication in Hindi and English
- Careful, organised, and comfortable handling client data confidentially
- Genuine interest in personal finance and investing
