We are looking for an experienced Interior & Finishing Civil Engineer responsible for planning, execution, supervision, quality control, and timely completion of civil finishing and interior works at the project site.

The candidate should have solid knowledge of finishing works, interior execution, drawings, BOQ, measurements, material management, subcontractor coordination, quality standards, and site safety.

. Civil Finishing Works

- Supervise and execute all finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage brick/block masonry, plaster, putty, primer, painting, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, false ceiling and other finishing activities.
- Ensure proper line, level, alignment, slope, dimensions and workmanship.
- Monitor snag/punch-point rectification and ensure timely closure.

2. Interior Works

- Supervise interior works including:
- Gypsum/false ceiling
- Partition works
- Flooring and wall tiles
- Wooden/laminate works
- Doors and frames
- Modular furniture
- Pantry/cabinet works
- Wall paneling
- POP/putty/paint
- Glass and aluminium works
- Skirting and other architectural finishes
- Coordinate execution with interior contractors and subcontractors.

3. Drawing & Technical Coordination





- Read and interpret architectural, interior and civil drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams and contractors.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and raise RFIs/technical queries.
- Ensure execution is strictly as per approved drawings and specifications.

4. Quality Control

- Inspect materials and workmanship before and during execution.
- Ensure compliance with approved specifications, samples and method statements.
- Check:
- Tile alignment and joints
- Floor/wall levels
- Plaster thickness
- Paint finish
- Ceiling levels
- Waterproofing
- Door/window alignment
- Joinery and furniture finishing
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection records and checklists.

5. Site Planning & Execution

- Plan daily and weekly finishing activities.
- Monitor manpower, productivity and work progress.
- Coordinate multiple agencies to avoid work clashes.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
