Key Responsibilities

- Act as the single point of contact for the field sales team, handling daily calls to collect orders, updates, and

field feedback

- Coordinate telephonically with distributors, stockists, and retailers to resolve order, dispatch, and any other

queries

- Coordinate with the finance/accounts team on invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit-limit clearances
- Work with the marketing team to align on scheme communication, promotional activity, and material

dispatch to the field

- Follow up proactively with the sales team on pending tasks, targets, and outstanding action items
- Maintain and update trackers for orders, complaints, and stakeholder communication
- Escalate and follow through on unresolved issues between sales and other departments until closure
- Schedule and coordinate internal sales meetings, calls, and reviews
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of information between the sales team, management, and support

functions

- Assist in streamlining sales processes and improving reporting efficiency

Required Skills & Competencies





- Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence to handle high call volumes
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills across multiple stakeholders and departments
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced sales environment
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office for tracking and reporting
- Patience and problem-solving ability while managing queries from the field
- High level of ownership and accountability for open issues

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office sales support, or a similar calling-intensive

coordination role

- Experience working with distributors, field sales teams, or in a phone-based coordination role will be an

added advantage

- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
