Job Summary
The Lead Industrial Architect is responsible for leading architectural engineering and design activities for industrial facilities across FMCG, Chemical, and Oil & Gas sectors. The role involves managing architectural design development, multidisciplinary coordination, client engagement, statutory compliance, BIM implementation, quality assurance, and construction support from concept design through detailed engineering and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership
Lead architectural design and planning activities for industrial projects.
Manage and mentor architects, designers, and BIM modelers.
Review and approve architectural deliverables, drawings, specifications, and design reports.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, client standards, statutory regulations, and industry best practices.
Drive architectural standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Industrial Building Design
Lead the planning and design of:
Manufacturing and production buildings
