Job Summary

Spruce Engineering Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Projects Lead to manage and drive EPC projects, primarily for Defence establishments and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

The role involves end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordination, resource management, client and vendor coordination, project monitoring, and ensuring timely completion within approved cost, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects from initiation through completion and final handover.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Identify project risks, delays, and constraints and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Manage relationships with Defence and PSU clients and conduct project review meetings.
- Prepare project progress reports, MIS, dashboards, and management updates.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, resources, and project milestones.
- Coordinate procurement and vendors for timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and other technical teams.
- Support project documentation, inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate with commercial/contracts teams on variations, claims, additional works, billing, and project closure.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Drive timely closure of punch points, NCRs, client observations,



and pending works.
- Support final billing, reconciliation, and overall project close-out.

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust experience in Project Management and Project Execution.
- Proven experience handling EPC projects.
- Experience with Defence / PSU / Government clients will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Good understanding of contracts, BOQ, drawings, procurement, billing, and project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Project / equivalent project management tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics
- Experience: 8–15 years preferred
- Project Management Experience: Minimum 5 years – Mandatory
- Age: 35–45 years
- Industry Experience: EPC / Engineering / Defence / PSU Projects
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
- CTC: ₹15–20 Lakhs Per Annum
