Executive Assistant – CEO OfficeJob Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in strategic reviews, business performance tracking, governance, stakeholder management, and key organizational initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the BFSI sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate strategic reviews, leadership meetings, Board meetings, and business performance discussions.
- Prepare executive summaries, MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and Board decks.
- Track strategic initiatives, organizational goals, and key business projects.
- Drive follow-ups and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Support Board, Audit Committee, and senior management meetings.
- Maintain CEO dashboards, project trackers, and action trackers.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Support business expansion,



partnerships, digital transformation, and special projects.
- Handle confidential information and senior-level communication with professionalism.

Mandatory Requirements

- Prior experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or related BFSI sectors is mandatory.
- MBA is mandatory.
- MBA from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute is preferred.
- Experience in CEO Office / CXO Office / Executive Assistant / Strategy / Business Management roles will be preferred.
- Robust experience in preparing MIS, management presentations, dashboards, and Board-level presentations.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and analytical skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
