Job Role: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
Experience: 4–5 Months
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Timing: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day maintenance requirements of the residential colony.
- Attend to maintenance complaints related to plumbing, electrical work, and other household issues.
- Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpenters, technicians, and other service providers.
- Arrange and schedule technicians to visit the concerned house/location.
- Follow up with service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
- Maintain records of complaints, completed work, and pending maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with residents and management regarding maintenance-related concerns.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred, or relevant experience in construction/civil work.
- 4–5 months of experience in maintenance, facility management, construction, civil work, or a similar role preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, civil, and general maintenance work.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Should be responsible, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to coordinate with residents, technicians, and service providers.
