Swar Kala Sangam is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Executive for Business Development for handling franchise operations, New Centres, student admissions and parent inquiries for Music & Dance classes.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- New Franchise Development - Meeting New Prospects, anaylysing Business Opportunities, and opening new Centres
- Calling and following up with admission leads
- Explaining courses, batches, and fee structure
- Converting inquiries into admissions - Organising Demo Classes
- Coordinating trial classes and demo sessions
- Maintaining proper lead and follow-up records
- Assisting parents and students with admission-related queries
- Supporting centre growth through effective communication
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident and polite speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong follow-up and convincing ability
- Positive attitude and professional behaviour
