Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive real estate sales through channel partner networks and direct sourcing initiatives. The role involves developing robust broker relationships, generating qualified leads, coordinating site visits, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Partner Management
- Develop, onboard, and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and project briefings with channel partners.
- Ensure continuous engagement and motivation of partner networks.
- Track channel partner performance and improve productivity.
2. Lead Generation & Sourcing
- Generate qualified leads through channel partners and other sourcing avenues.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities in the local market.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers.
- Monitor and report lead conversion metrics.
3. Sales Coordination
- Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospects.
- Assist in negotiations and closure of deals.
- Work closely with the internal sales and CRM teams for smooth follow-ups.
- Ensure timely documentation and booking formalities.
4. Market Intelligence
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide market feedback.
- Stay updated with pricing trends and customer preferences.
- Identify new micro-markets for business expansion.

Qualifications & Experience :
