Social Media Executive

Experience: 1 Year

Mandatory: Prior experience working in a digital, advertising or creative agency

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who understands how brands behave online and knows that social media is more than just posting content.

You should be organised, trend-aware, comfortable working across multiple brands and able to coordinate with creative, design and client servicing teams to keep content moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and other relevant platforms
- Assist in creating monthly content calendars
- Coordinate with copywriters, designers and video editors for content execution
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms
- Track trends, topical moments, competitor activity and platform updates
- Write basic captions, post copies and content inputs when required
- Ensure content is published accurately and on time
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement
- Assist in preparing monthly social media performance reports




- Maintain content trackers, approval sheets and publishing schedules
- Coordinate with client servicing teams for approvals and feedback
- Support campaign ideation and social media activations
- Handle multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of social media experience
- Agency experience is mandatory
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X
- Solid awareness of social media trends and digital culture
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Ability to coordinate efficiently across teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools will be an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
