- Manage day-to-day OPD operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Coordinate patient registration, appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
- Assist patients and attendants with queries regarding doctors, appointments, departments, and hospital services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front office, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate doctor availability to reduce patient waiting time.
- Maintain accurate patient records, registration details, and OPD documentation.
- Support patients during check-in and check-out procedures.
- Coordinate investigations, referrals, follow-up appointments, and other patient requirements as instructed.




- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Assist with billing, insurance/TPA documentation, and other administrative processes when applicable.
- Monitor OPD patient flow and help maintain efficient departmental operations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient service standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and provide courteous, qualified, and patient-focused service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
