### *JOB TITLE: Sales Coordinator*

#### *Job Summary:*

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage sales operations. The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for customers, manage orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth sales process from quotation to payment collection.

#### *Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Sales Support & Coordination:*

- Support sales team with quotations, proposals, proforma invoices, and presentations

- Follow up with leads generated from IndiaMART, website, ads, exhibitions, and references

- Maintain CRM / Excel sheet - update lead status daily without fail

*2. Customer Handling:*

- First point of contact for incoming customer calls / WhatsApp / Email

- Understand customer requirement and coordinate with technical/sales team for best quote

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution

*3. Order Management:*

- Convert quotation to sales order and coordinate with dispatch / production / accounts

- Track order status and keep customer informed about delivery





- Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery

*4. Documentation & Reporting:*

- Maintain sales reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly sales, pending orders, collection report

- Maintain customer database and price list

- Prepare MIS reports for management

*5. Payment Follow-up:*

- Follow up with customers for advance and balance payments with Accounts team

#### *Required Skills & Qualifications:*

- *Education:* Graduate / MBA preferred (Any stream)

- *Experience:* 1-4 years as Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales / Business Development

- *Technical Skills:*

- Excellent communication - English, Hindi, Gujarati

- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Must be good in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)

- Experience with CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) preferred

- Knowledge of IndiaMART, TradeIndia panel handling is plus

- *Soft Skills:*

- Good convincing and negotiation skills

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Can handle pressure and multiple tasks

- Positive attitude and team player
