Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales & Service Executive to handle customer interaction, sales support, service coordination, and customer follow-up. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively with the Sales and Service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the showroom/service centre.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and converting enquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with the service team for customer service requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers.
- Explain service processes, timelines, and charges to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/system details.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction activities.
- Achieve assigned sales/service and customer-handling targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Sales or automobile experience will be an advantage.
