Argus is a technology-driven organization delivering high-quality engineering and software solutions across multiple industries. We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter who can attract, evaluate, and onboard the right talent to support our growing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Understand hiring requirements from business and technical teams
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities
- Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Support employer branding and campus/drive hiring initiatives when required
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Assist in onboarding documentation and HR operations as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Solid understanding of Electronics/Mechanical/engineering hiring is preferred
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor practices
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for embedded, firmware, Bluetooth, software, or hardware roles
- Exposure to fast-growing organization environments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
