KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage relationships with existing industrial customers and identify new business opportunities.

* Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to convert enquiries into orders.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mechanical and industrial products and solutions.

* Visit industrial customers for business development, technical discussions, and product promotion.

* Coordinate with OEMs, principals, and internal teams on pricing, technical clarifications, product availability, and delivery.

* Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, payments, and material deliveries.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth.

* Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, customer visit reports, and sales forecasts.

* Develop recent customers across the steel, power, cement, mining, engineering, and manufacturing industries.

* Maintain accurate customer and enquiry records and ensure timely follow-up.

* Support product demonstrations, customer meetings, technical presentations,



and customer events as required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

* Education: Diploma, B.E., B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

* Experience: Minimum one year of relevant sales or industrial experience preferred. Freshers with strong technical and communication skills may also apply.

* Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of mechanical components, bearings, power transmission products, or other industrial products preferred.

* Software: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in dealing with industrial customers.

* Attributes: Results-oriented, proactive, confident, disciplined, and effective at follow-up; willing to travel for customer visits.

* Driving: Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
