Position: Accountant – Cost Management & Financial Planning
Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

Key Responsibilities

- Tally Accounting: Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers, purchase and sales entries, bank reconciliation, and financial records using Tally.
- Cost Management: Monitor operating costs, analyse expenses, control budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- MIS & Data Preparation: Prepare accurate financial MIS, Excel reports, management statements, and periodic financial summaries.
- Business Review: Analyse revenue, expenditure, profitability, cost variances, and overall business performance.
- Financial Planning: Assist in budgeting, cash flow planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
- Management Reporting: Prepare reports and actionable insights to support management review and business growth.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely preparation of reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification; M.Com,



MBA Finance, or CMA candidates preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Good understanding of cost accounting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data preparation.
- Ability to prepare business performance reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Solid analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

A candidate who can go beyond routine accounting and contribute to cost control, financial analysis, business performance reviews, and financial planning.
