We are looking for a Mutual Funds Back Office Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day mutual fund back office operations.
- Process mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, SIPs, and switches.
- Coordinate with clients, AMCs, and RTAs for smooth transaction processing.
- Manage client documentation, KYC, and operational queries.
- Conduct client risk profiling and maintain updated investor information.
- Review client portfolios and assist in preparing portfolio review reports.
- Support clients with financial goal planning and investment-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and MIS reports.
- Provide excellent client servicing while identifying opportunities to support sales activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in mutual fund operations and back office processes.
- Knowledge of client risk profiling, portfolio reviews,
and goal-based financial planning.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund products and investment processes.
- Client management experience with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales and client servicing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Relevant experience in the financial services or wealth management industry will be preferred.
