Key Requirements

· Experience: Minimum 3 years in hardcore industrial B2B sales (mandatory).

· Experience in EOT crane systems, industrial automation, safety products, or capital equipment sales preferred.

· Strong technical understanding and ability to explain engineering products.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Willingness for extensive Pan-India travel.

· Solid negotiation and communication skills.

· Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.

· MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
