● Understanding client requirement and planning weddings end-to-end.

● Coordinating with venues, decorators, caterers, makeup artists, photographers, and other vendors.

● Creating wedding themes, timelines, and budgets.

● Managing client meetings and ensuring smooth execution of wedding events.

Requirements

● 1-3 years of experience in Wedding Planner / Event Management

● Robust communication and coordination skills

● Creative thinking and attention to detail.

● Ability to manage vendors, timelines, and budgets.

● Passion for weddings and event execution.

● Willingness to travel within Mumbai and works on weekends during events.
