Role:
We are looking for an Insurance Operations Executive with experience in General Insurance policy servicing and backend operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle policy issuance, renewals, endorsements & documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotes and policy-related work.
- Handle customer queries and servicing.
- Maintain policy, endorsement & claim records.
- Prepare MIS and Excel reports.
- Coordinate with Sales and other internal teams.
- 2–6 years of experience in General Insurance Operations.
- Good knowledge of policies, endorsements & claims.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
