We are seeking professionals with hands-on experience in M&A; / Investment Banking / Transaction Advisory, particularly across:
- Preparing Information Memorandums (IMs)
- Creating teasers and marketing materials
- Company and industry research & analysis
- Financial and business data analysis
- Managing and leveraging databases such as Capital IQ, Mergermarket, and similar platforms
- Comparable company and transaction analysis
- Strong in financial analysis and research
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Comfortable working on multiple transactions and tight timelines
- Robust in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experienced in preparing high-quality client-facing deliverables
- Passionate about M&A;, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance
