Job Summary

We are looking for a Fertility Care Medical Officer – BHMS to support clinical operations and provide professional patient care in a fertility and IVF healthcare setting. The role involves patient coordination, clinical support, treatment-related communication, and coordination with the medical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct initial patient interactions and understand relevant medical concerns and history.
- Support doctors during patient consultations and clinical procedures as required.
- Explain prescribed treatment plans and care instructions clearly to patients.
- Assist in coordinating patient appointments, investigations, follow-ups, and treatment schedules.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory staff, and front-office teams for smooth patient care.




- Provide appropriate pre- and post-consultation support to patients.
- Monitor patient concerns and communicate relevant updates to the concerned doctor.
- Follow hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, and documentation standards.
- Maintain professional communication, patient confidentiality, and a positive patient experience.

Candidate Requirements

- BHMS qualification is required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Experience in IVF, fertility, gynaecology, or hospital-based care is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to work at Coimbatore, Pollachi, or Palakkad.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
