Venue Manager – Mumbai

Role Overview:
Experienced Venue Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a premium kids/family entertainment venue. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth venue operations, excellent customer experience, team performance and achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily venue operations, opening/closing, staffing and overall facility readiness.
- Lead and supervise the front-office, customer service, activity and support teams.
- Ensure high standards of customer experience, safety, hygiene and service quality.
- Drive revenue through venue admissions, memberships, birthday parties, events, activities and other offerings.
- Manage customer queries, complaints and service recovery.
- Coordinate birthday parties, group bookings, school/corporate events and special activities.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, inventory and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security and maintenance teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and venue safety guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

- 9–15 years of experience in FEC, kids entertainment, hospitality, retail, QSR, leisure, events or similar customer-facing businesses.




- Experience managing a team and complete venue/centre operations.
- Strong customer service and commercial orientation.
- Valuable communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working on weekends and rotational shifts.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per month
