Job Summary:

The Manager - Plant Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the Preventive maintenance, repair, and optimization of plant equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, implementing TBM & CBM programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Machine shop maintenance like TMC, CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL machines.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- 10-15 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, TBM, CBM, troubleshooting, and asset management.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Familiarity with safety regulations, ISO standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintenance Management:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities of machine shop.
- Plan & schedule of TBM, CBM.
- Ensure the productive functioning of mechanical, electrical, Electronics and hydraulic systems.
- Monitor and analyse equipment performance to reduce breakdowns and improve productivity.
- Team Supervision & Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing technical guidance and training.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure maintenance staff follow best practices.
- Equipment & Facility Maintenance:
- Maintain all machinery, utilities,



and infrastructure to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in coordination with the production team.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for plant equipment and personnel.
- Cost & Inventory Management:
- Monitor and control maintenance costs within the allocated budget.
- Maintain spare parts inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely procurement.
- Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency.
- Prepare maintenance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and suggest improvements.

Work Environment:

- Manufacturing plant environment with exposure to machinery and equipment.
- Requires occasional overtime, weekend work, or emergency response availability

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
