Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Salon Manager & Social Media Executive who can manage the day-to-day operations of the salon while also handling its social media presence.

The ideal candidate should have strong salon management, customer handling, team management and basic social media/content creation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Salon Management – Major Role

- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and coordinate salon staff, stylists and beauticians.
- Handle customer appointments, walk-ins, feedback and complaints.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene and grooming.
- Drive salon sales, revenue, repeat customers and service bookings.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline and performance.
- Manage salon inventory, consumables and product requirements.
- Maintain daily sales, attendance and operational reports.
- Promote salon packages, memberships and additional services.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of salon staff.
- Coordinate with vendors and management for operational requirements.

Social Media – Supporting Role

- Manage the salon's Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Create and post basic Reels, Stories and posts related to salon services.
- Capture photos/videos of hairstyles, makeovers, treatments, transformations and salon activities.
- Create content around offers, packages and new services.
- Follow relevant beauty,



fashion and salon trends.
- Write basic captions and use relevant hashtags.
- Respond to basic social-media enquiries and DMs.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers or external agencies when required.
- Maintain a consistent and professional online presence for the salon.
- Track basic engagement, reach and enquiries from social media.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Salon / Beauty / Wellness / Spa / Retail management preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and team-management skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and Reels.
- Basic Canva/CapCut or similar editing skills will be an advantage.
- Should be comfortable taking photos/videos and creating simple social-media content.
- Beauty/salon industry experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical salon-management experience and basic social-media skills are encouraged to apply.
