About Position:

We are seeking a skilled UiPath RPA Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent automation solutions for a leading US Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance client. The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting UiPath automation workflows focused on Personal Auto policy rewrite and servicing processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with lead developers, business stakeholders, and support teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality automation solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Develop, test, and maintain UiPath automation workflows using Sequences, Flowcharts, and State Machines.
- Build automation solutions for business processes involving validations, data processing, and exception handling scenarios.




- Implement integrations with APIs, web services, desktop applications, Excel-based processes, and enterprise systems.
- Utilize REST APIs and JSON data structures for system integrations and workflow automation.
- Develop and maintain reusable automation components, libraries, and framework assets following established standards.
- Implement exception handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and error recovery processes within automation workflows.
- Support automation deployment activities across Development, Testing, and Production environments.
- Monitor bot execution using UiPath Orchestrator and proactively resolve workflow issues.
- Analyze execution logs and troubleshoot automation failures to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production releases, defect resolution, and enhancement activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, lead developers, and project stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Maintain workflow documentation, process flow diagrams, technical specifications, and operational guides.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development best practices and coding standards.
- Assist in automation performance optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to stable and high-quality releases with minimal production defects.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development using UiPath.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Experience developing workflows using Sequences, Flowcharts, and State Machines.
- Good understanding of variables, arguments, control flow, exception handling, and debugging techniques.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON processing, and system integration concepts.
- Experience working with Queues, Assets, Configurations, and Orchestrator components.
- Understanding of bot monitoring,



logging, and operational support processes.
- Familiarity with deployment management across Development, Test, and Production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze automation failures and identify root causes effectively.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to version control systems such as Git.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts.
- Knowledge of data transformation and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and customer-focused environment.
